i. Goods will be shipped within 48 hours after payment has been confirmed by email.
ii.Tracking number will be advised via email for tracking purpose.
iii.AnUniqueStyle is not responsible for any loss/damage during postal delivery/service.
iv. Please be noted that item(s) is(are) shipped via Registered International Airmail from Malaysia, thus it will require 2 to 3 weeks (depanding on types of product) to UK, Europe, USA & Canada, Australia & New Zealand, 5 - 10 days for ASEAN countries, for your package to arrive. Generally, packages arrive safely and on time.
v. Also noted, that in some instances, delayed postal delivery may occur due to the postal carrier in country of origin and/or country of recipient. This situation is absolutely beyond our control.
vi. AnUniqueStyle shall not be held responsible should a delay occur in postal delivery as delivery information is provided by the postal carrier and this excludes weekends and public holidays in both country of origin and country of recipient.
vii. However, as a responsible seller, we will try our best to resolve any issues that arise. If you do not receive your package after the stated time, by all means, please contact us and we will request the local postal carrier to trace delayed or missing parcels.
